UK Women's Wrestling

The first UK Wrestling women’s show kicked off on Sunday afternoon with an amazing performance. Under the new management of Melanie Price, the vixen’s vied for the contracts left it all in the ring. Our first match was between our fiery Rhia O’Reily from Ireland against Bacardi. It started out with O’Reily dominating with some power based moves, the overhead release suplex certainly slowed Bacardi down, a few cross bodies and clothes line exchanges evened the playing field for a while. Despite however a valiant effort though out Bacardi was declared the winner.
When the Viper came up against Kirsty Love, they put on an impressive show. The ground and pound tactics of the impressive Viper, along with some scoop slams and suplexes stopped Kirsty taking her route to the ropes and with a back breaker torture rack the match seemed to be won but when viper refused to break the submission, the referee reversed the decision and declared Kirsty Love the winner to the Vipers dismay.
Next up was the spunky Violet O’Hara versing Nikki Storm. Nikki had some obvious anger issues that distracted her from her goals from time to time which allowed Violet to get in some great slams and top rope cross bodies. However, this match was over shadowed with the presence of Dani Brookes at ringside. Despite the obvious intimidation both girls put up a gutsy fight with some fantastic moves and a very deserving Violet O’Hara emerged the winner.
Dani brooks then appeared in her own match to her great distress, against Polyanna, which was fraught with controversy when her ‘partner’ Georgie Shaw, the current vixens title belt holder entered the ring behind the refs back and hit Polyanna with the belt knocking her out. Despite the obvious interference behind the officials back, the match result was upheld. However when both Shaw and Brooks began attacking Polyanna Violet O’Hara came to her aid in the ring.
The new vixens manager Melanie Price then made an impromptu tag match pitting Shaw and Brookes against the duo. With a series of face plants and release suplexes, the good gals were victorious as with any good story and the first chapter in the vixens chronicles is written.
