Earlier this week UKW received this from an anonymous source regarding the suspension of ‘Dylan Roberts’. Upon been given notification from our legal team we can now publicly disclose this.

Today UKW would like to publicly announce that Dylan Roberts has been suspended for Multiple violations of the wellness policy. Under the Wellness Policy rules, a wrestler will be suspended 30 days without pay for 1 violation. If a wrestler then violates the policy for a second time, a 60-day suspension without pay is in the books. The wrestler is then fired after a third strike. Dylan Roberts has been suspended for 60 days.

The recent unprecedented atrocious weather meant that, regretfully, Friday Night Massacre had to be postponed.
The decision to postpone the event, made in consultation with UKW Management on Wednesday 13th January 2010, has not been taken lightly and has been a very difficult one to make. However, the health and safety of all concerned, Staff, Roster member, fans, is of paramount importance, and all decisions to postpone the event have been made on this basis.
We were fully expecting to keep the event on but localised weather and road conditions very quickly deteriorated and became treacherous, making surrounding roads and car parks in particular impossible to negotiate.
The Event will be re-scheduled in the coming days and will be re-advertised.
For more information and to clarify procedures, notification of when the show will be re-scheduled can be found on the UKW Official website www.ukwrestlingexperience.co.uk.
On a positive note we have just announced our first anniversary event, Wrestlebration 2 that will take place July 9th 2010 from Blackpool Tower, Tickets will be on sale soon from Ticketmaster.

Friday Night Massacre – Postponed
This Friday’s event Friday Night Massacre, January 15th 2010, has been postponed, due to the severe weather conditions, in the interest of health and safety to our staff, roster members and the fans. Details of when the event will be re-scheduled will be posted shortly.

Unfortunatly the Academy will not re-open this saturday, the 9th January due to the weather conditions, the owners of the Community Centre contacted us this morning, Thursday 7th January to say they would not be able to make it over to open the centre.
We will hopefully be able to re-open next Saturday the 16th January 2010.
We hope eveyone had a great Christmas and New Year.

Rob Cage defeated Scotty Phantom by submission to become the NEW UKW Champion only to lose it seconds later when Scotty Phantom used his rematch clause, making him the first 2 time UKW Champion, with the help of Phantom Inc.

Dynamite Chris Hart Update
During a recent medical assessment it was found that Chris Hart has an airline fracture to the tibular bone. As a result he is required to have a cast on his leg so will NOT be able to perform at The December Bash, We wish Chris a quick and sucessful recovery and hope to see him back in the ring in the near future.

As an update on Dynamite Chris Hart from Retribution, after the attack from Phantom Inc. it doesn't look likely that Chris will be competeing in the ring again in the near future, Chris is currently undergoing medical attention on his knee, we will keep you posted on this matter.
