UKW Presents Saturday Night Mayhem Episode 4 Retribution, Featuring the Double Main Event, the UKW Tag Team Championship and the UKW Championship are both on the line, the debut of Phantom Inc.'s Executive Suite, the first appearence by 'Hades' and the 3 qualifying matches for the 'Dream Ticket Match' at The December Bash 18th December 2009.
